Daun Biru Engineering is actively looking for a qualified self-starter to join our team as a CBM Engineer. Providing condition monitoring services to our valued customers in Indonesia and overseas. This is a remote position and will require frequent to travel to customer locations.
CBM Services to our customers include:
- Vibration Analysis
- Infrared Thermography
- Ultrasonics
- Dynamic Balancing
- Oil Analysis
- Reliability Database
Position Overview:
Our engineers are actively engaged in the delivery of our technical service efforts and work closely with our customers in solving problems and providing technical solutions. As an Engineering Services Engineer team member, you are expected to work independently, providing your technical expertise to your assigned customer accounts. As the team member responsible for servicing customer accounts, you will be required to maintain the service requirements that have been defined for each of the customers you serve. This will include controlling schedules for field/service work to ensure that all activities are performed in a timely manner and according to the customers schedule.
Position Requirements:
- D3/S1 of Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals and corrective actions
- Strong written/verbal communication is a critical addressing key technical and customer issue
- Written and verbal English competency is required
- Pro-active, ability to drive through continuous improvement initiatives
- Good influencing, presentation, planning, communication and decision-making skills
- Willing to International certificate training provided towards vibration, lubrication, thermography and reliability
- Must be detailed-oriented with strong analysis skills combined with the ability to write high quality technical reports
- Must have a strong interest in vibration and dynamics, performance, and reliability
- Work independently or as part of a team, conducting routine data collection activities and troubleshoot condition-based issues across machinery, piping and/or structures
