Detail Position : CDP & Demi CDP (Garde manger, Grill, Butcher Prep, Wok,Stove Top) - Thai/Asian Cuisine

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Thai/Asian cuisine dishes according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food products to prevent spoilage and contamination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including food storage, preparation areas, and cooking surfaces.
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials, incorporating Asian culinary techniques and flavors.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Sous Chef / Jr. Sous Chef in an Asian/Thai and Grill focused establishment (min.2 years)
- Strong knowledge of Thai/Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
