Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience as CDP/Pastry Chef
- Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to develop new recipes, menus, and to keep up with the latest trends
- Able to make costing new product

Job Descriptions:
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pastry, bread, savory pastries, finger foods, and etc, following Krakakoa’s standard recipes and menu
- Able to provide/calculate costing of new product
- Create new and exciting pastries to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and etc, to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Monitor stocks for baking and cooking ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Guide and motivate commis pastry/cook helper to work more efficiently
- Work with cafe manager to identify staffing needs and help train personnel
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
