Center Head - Luxurious Retail

Our Client is a well-respected Conglomerate with a Business Portfolio ranging from Properties, Mall, Hospital, and many more. At the moment they're operating the first Luxury Retail in Indonesia amongst other business.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Center Head - Luxury Retail, located in Eastern Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Center Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the luxury outlet center, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Board of Director to develop and execute strategies that will result in increased revenue, and profitability and elevate the presence of our luxury brand in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Center Head or in a similar management role in a luxury retail company
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in driving sales growth, managing complex business operations and achieving financial targets
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to solve complex problems and make data driven decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
• Fluency in English and Indonesian language
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
• Strong background in luxury retail is preferred
• Experience in the Indonesian market with a strong network is a plus
• Solid experience working directly with a High End Brand Principal
