Hi, Eatwell Culinary (Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, and Dapur Solo) is calling for candidates for the Central Kitchen position!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, control, and carry out pre-production & production activities at Central Kitchen
- Checking and ensuring product demand requested by each outlet.
- Handling complaints about the quality of products produced.
- Coordinating knowledge transfer and product calibration with the Central Kitchen Manager (Executive Chef)
- Handling Packing/Receiving/Cold Kitchen
- Making a work schedule
- Ensure the entire production process runs well.
- Carry out production SPK with results by what has been determined both in quantity and quality.
- Control the quality of raw materials and production results.
- Analyze food cost Central Kitchen.
We're looking for someone who is or has:
- Diploma majoring in Food Administration / Culinary / Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years experience in Central Kitchen
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Supervisory Level
- Having product knowledge, result-oriented, detail-oriented, product quality control, hygiene & sanitation, food cost, and cooking skill
- Understanding related to processing Chinese and Japanese food is preferred
- Will be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang
