Responsibilities include:

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines and local health codes.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth service during peak hours and special events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special menus, themed dinners, and culinary promotions.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve skills and contribute creative ideas to the menu.
