- Culinary degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field. Additional certifications are advantageous.
- Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Proficiency in cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior culinary team members.
- Ability to contribute to menu development and create innovative dishes while adhering to brand standards.
- Meticulous approach to cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
