Qualification :

1. At Least 3 Years Experience in managing and participating in the operation of a large scale bakery production center including speciality cake decorating and pastry production, food service management and inventory control.
2. Strong Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and flavor profiles.
3. Creative, innovative and self-motivated with strong commitment to team work and customer service.
4. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
5. Able to develop new recipes, menus and to keep up with the latest trends.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Good Leadership Skill

Jobdesc :

1. Manage the PASTRY & BAKERY production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of fresh and delicious pastries for service
2. Train, mentor, and lead PASTRY &bakery team members, providing guidance and support in PASTRY &bakery techniques, recipes, and presentation
3. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
4. Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and other team members to create seasonal menus and incorporate pastry offerings into the overall restaurant concept
5. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
6. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients.
