Qualification :
- At Least 3 Years Experience in managing and participating in the operation of a large scale bakery production center including speciality cake decorating and pastry production, food service management and inventory control.
- Strong Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and flavor profiles.
- Creative, innovative and self-motivated with strong commitment to team work and customer service.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Able to develop new recipes, menus and to keep up with the latest trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Jobdesc :
- Manage the PASTRY & BAKERY production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of fresh and delicious pastries for service
- Train, mentor, and lead PASTRY &bakery team members, providing guidance and support in PASTRY &bakery techniques, recipes, and presentation
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and other team members to create seasonal menus and incorporate pastry offerings into the overall restaurant concept
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients.
