Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Chief Accounting at Tropical Group Bali. The Chief Accounting will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance department including financial statements, financial reporting, accounting, and analytical skills. The Chief Accounting will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and support the organization's growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations preferred
