Chief Engineer/ Engineering Manager

Responsibilities :

• Leading and supervising the execution of several development projects from pre-project stage to commissioning.
• Management of quality,timelines and risks related to the projects fulfilment.
• Ensuring quality engineering elaboration of all project solutions - from structural and architectural to engineering systems, networks, equipment and theirparameters.
• Management and coordination of the design department, approval of designs, participation in design solutions optimizing at all stages of construction and alignmentbetween design sections.
• Ensuring compliance with the key technical parameters of the projects, sustainability and durability of buildings and facilities.
• Preparation and control of technical requirements for design and construction.
• Preparation and control of construction technological maps (instructions, method statements) for all main types of construction and engineering works.
• Development of technically complicated design, installation and operational solutions.
• Elaboration and ensuring the company's technical document management procedure.
• Elaboration and ensuring of quality control procedure at the projects, acceptance of critical structures.
• Development and maintenance of construction safety procedures at the construction sites.
• Optimization of technical solutions to reduce construction time and cost.
• Control over fulfilment of vendors contractual obligations in accordance with the adopted schedules and budgets.
• Interaction, negotiations and approvals with supervisory authorities, resource supply companies, municipal authorities.

• Knowledge of typical technologies in construction
• Realization of larger sort/hotel projects
• Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility for them.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and result oriented
• Developed managerial and communication skills, ability to find an approach to different people and achieve goals, competent verbal and written speech in English and Bahasa
• Maximum 50 years old
