Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 3 years work experience at the same position in 4 star hotelCapable of maintenance of all hotel building including electrical installation and machinesHighly skilled in energy conservationGood leadership, administrative, interpersonal, communication and managerial skills
• Ability to preserve confidentiality and be able to work in a team environmentCheerful and friendly personality

Tasks & responsibilities

• Monitor the operational expenses for your department and report accordingly as per set procedures.Design the budget, analyze and monitor regularly the results for your department and take appropriate actions and decisions.Implement and follow up the preventive maintenance program.
• Develop, implement and manage a maintenance program and negotiate maintenance contracts for the hotel, the grounds and all of the equipment in compliance with corporate standards and regulations to maintain the property in first class condition
