Qualifications & experience

 • Minimum 3 years work experience at the same position in 4 star hotel Capable of maintenance of all hotel building including electrical installation and machines Highly skilled in energy conservation Good leadership, administrative, interpersonal, communication and managerial skills

 • Ability to preserve confidentiality and be able to work in a team environment Cheerful and friendly personality 

Tasks & responsibilities 

• Monitor the operational expenses for your department and report accordingly as per set procedures. Design the budget, analyze and monitor regularly the results for your department and take appropriate actions and decisions. Implement and follow up the preventive maintenance program.

 • Develop, implement and manage a maintenance program and negotiate maintenance contracts for the hotel, the grounds and all of the equipment in compliance with corporate standards and regulations to maintain the property in first class condition
