• Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy, guiding the implementation of diverse marketing initiatives.
• Elevate brand awareness through strategic events, webinars, community engagement, and other impactful channels.
• Craft a scalable growth strategy that leverages the power of digital marketing.
• Implement a sophisticated customer segmentation approach and develop an intelligent attribution model to ensure targeted audience engagement with the right message, delivered at the optimal time and location.
• Orchestrate customized online and offline marketing campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality leads, expanding the sales pipeline.
• Create high-value content that resonates with the target audience.
• Mentor and empower channel managers while leading communication across executive and partner teams.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities and campaigns against established goals (ROI, KPI) and adapt strategies and executions for optimal results.

Profile

• Minimum 15+ years experience in Marketing with over 8 years of experience in managerial
• Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication or similar relevant fields
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Experienced in developing scalable growth marketing strategy
• Deep understanding in customer segmentation strategy and attribution modelling
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Business exposure in start-up / Tech industry
