- Plans and organize all security and hotels activities. Determine personnel requirement and establish organizational structure for hotel Security
- Plans and schedules works load and establish performance and certain security and safety standards
- Plans and organizes procedures for expanded Resort safety and security
- Inspects and Evaluates Hotel Safety and Security activities to ensure compliance with Safety and Security policies and procedures
- Plans and Establish a functional on the job training program for hotel security personnel, evaluate the effectiveness of the training by observation of the work performance and written or oral examination
- Being a member of the Department Head, you are responsible for taking part in the decision making process of the hotel management team and for ensuring safety and security. Afterwards that all decisions are fully implemented in all departments.
- Prepares efficient work schedule for Security Staff, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.
- Plans, directs, controls and co-ordinates activities of all Security personnel on activities related to guest to make sure personalized service is extended at all-time to in house guest to maximize guest satisfaction in outmost security environment.
- Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of standards related to SOP and LQA as well as Accor Safety Standards (APACHE)
- Schedule and regularly conducts routine inspections of areas under his control
- Checks all Security equipment including buggy and CCTV as well as PA Announcement System, Fire Alarm Panels, Fire Extinguisher and Fire Hydrant, making sure they are in clean and in good working conditions at all times, follow up on equipment that needs repair, additional spare parts, replacement or disposal.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Safety and Security at hospitality industry
- Investigation skill knowledge is a must
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Knowledge of local regulations related to Safety and Security is a must
- Certified Gada Utama
