JOB DESCRIPTION
- To lead, manage and be responsible for the Tenant Relations & Facilities Department
- Handling complaints that come from the Guest and Tenant to be followed up the Resolution
- Conduct regular briefings on the Receptionist/Concierge team and Tenant Relation team
- Supervise, check, control and assess performance on work attendance, work attitude, work processes and work administration in the Tenant Relation Officer (TRO) Team, Receptionist team and Facility team
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports accurately
- Prepare monthly shift work schedules for the Tenant Relation Officer (TRO) team, Receptionist/Concierge team and Facility team
- Being able to compile and disseminate training material to the Tenant
- Relation Officer (TRO) team, Receptionist team and Facility team
- Become a mediator between Tenant and Building Management Carry out work inspections
- Together with the others Chief to Synergy work coordinate work, oversee
- the work process and employee discipline
- Report to the Property Manager
- Communication with Retail Tenant
- Manage fitting out at Tenant Premises
- To lead and Coach the team
- Manage Facilities for the Tenants
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor of Tourism / Communication / Public Relations / Management / similar
- Cheerful, Clean, Bright
- Active communication, initiative and pro active
- Active English (required)
- Have high leadership, team work and problem solver capabilities
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Apartment as Chief Tenant Relations or as a Tenant Relations Manager
- Placement in DKI South Jakarta
- Have an experience work under Tenant/Owner Association (P3SRS)
- Familiar work with Microsoft Office, Graphic Design
