PT. AA International Indonesia was founded in 19 December 2007, a leading assistance company in Indonesia for more than a decade. It was started with a simple purpose in mind –to bring assistance to the customer’s doorstep, or shall we say it in today’s lingo, to provide assistance at the stroke of a key.AAA didn’t start from scratch. The co-founders have over 10 years of experience in the assistance industry. They started with passion to serve and a vision to build better services. They saw the opportunity and with the know-how, they aim to achieve seamless efficiency and ensure customized solutions for the customers.
Qualifications & experience
- Medical background/knowledge (Nurse/Midwife/Pharmacist)
- Background in customer service is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of employment in Insurance/TPA or similar industries
- Well-versed in English, spoken and written. Certification from a University or a standardized test (IELTS, TOEFL) will be an advantage
- Willing to work in shifts
- Great personality, positive attitude, and able to work in a team
Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform daily operational International Medical Assistance cases
- Obtain medical reports, invoice, and/or supporting documents from providers to relay to client/ related departments
- Aid in transmission between related department/client to the designated provider via e-mail and administration platform
- Analyze, interpret, and translate client's request to relay to provider
- Work in alignment with SOP and regulations of the Department
- Verify case, client, and member's eligibility
- Work closely with Team members to provide the necessary and best services for Clients
