P&C & Sme Claim Analyst

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and handle claims process also provide an efficient and professional service based on TAT target
• Finding the most cost effective and expeditious way to settle claims
• Ensuring that loss reserves are promptly set and maintained in accordance with the regulation and company’s guidelines
• Accept other assignment/Project as required
• Maintain and build positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Support underwriting in understanding claims requirements associated with the release of new products

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling Marine Claims 
• Experience and/or exposure to casualty, marine & property knowledge and policy wording is highly desirable
• Demonstrated effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate, read and write in English is a must
• Have sense of customer service
• Working under minimum supervision
