AlamatCollection Center Supervisor is responsible for the operation in the chili warehouse, from inbound, processing, and outbound.
Main responsibilities :
- Warehouse Team Supervision : Labours, Sorters and Drivers
- Inventory Management : Maintaining accurate inventory records, Conducting regular chili stock counts
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments : Verifying the accuracy of data tracking for incoming (transaction with MC) & outgoing (transaction with buyers) goods, Coordinating with the logistics team to schedule shipments and monitor delivery timeline
- Forecast, proposed and manage manpower needed on sorting and packaging process
Requirements :
- Diploma / bachelor's degree
- Able to communicate in English (speaking & written)
- Having experience in handling warehouse operation for fresh product (chili) at least 3 years
- Proven experience in leading team
- Willing to be placed in Magelang
