AlamatWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Live-in Business EA to work for a delightful family based in Indonesia.
This rewarding and demanding role meets the needs of a highly successful and active family.
The candidate will be required to live in Jakarta, Indonesia on a full-time basis.
There is a requirement for the Business EA to be available out of hours and at the weekend. Sponsorship available.
Key responsibilities :
- Handling the principals business and professional related matters
- Working closely with the family and the household staff
- Diary management / scheduling and gatekeeping
- Managing household staff, organising annual leave, sickness, HR duties and requirements, logistical planning
- Meet all business (and occasionally personal) travel needs of the principal, both domestic and international
- Creating and managing business related spreadsheets
- Managing itineraries, booking reservations
- Execute all aspects of the principal’s business travel planning / bookings
- Managing the staff rotas for the Nanny’s
- Arranging and booking travel for the childcare staff
- Managing the payroll for the household staff
- Monitor on-going travel planning and in-progress trips. Be prepared at short notice to support additional requirements / changes to travel plans
- Handle all business correspondence, calls, filing and document handling
Candidate requirements :
- Native English speaker desirable
- Knowledge of the Indonesian language would be desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working within a UNW / UHNW household internationally
- Exceptionally efficient time-management skills and truly exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or Business EA required
- Loyal, exceptionally robust and resilient, and committed
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
- Strong sense of initiative and independence
- Excellent references required

Accommodation : Fully furnished apartment
Hours : Monday to Friday, in the family office. Flexibility is essential to be available out of hours / weekends
Salary : £90,000 - £100,000 DOE gross per annum
