Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or meat products industry.
- Experienced to cooperate with hotels, restaurants, cafes, etc.
- Strong knowledge of premium sausage and meat products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Possession of valid driver's licenses (SIM A and SIM C).
- Good negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work flexibly and have high mobility.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
Job Description:
- Develop effective B2B sales strategies to increase sales of premium sausage and meat products.
- Identify new prospects and develop business relationships with potential customers.
- Conduct regular visits to customers (purchasing & chef) to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle price negotiations and contract terms with customers.
- Monitor and report sales performance regularly to management.
- Deliver product presentations to customers and explain the benefits and advantages of the products.
- Keep abreast of F&B industry developments and market trends to increase sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand networks and promote products.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations.
