Join Acoba as a Business Development Manager (BDM), only if:

  • You are interested in the IT and Cloud CCTV Backup field.
  • Have a track record of achieving challenging B2B enterprise sales targets for more than 2 years.
  • Possess good presentation skills with persuasive explanations of technical concepts.
     

Acoba Indonesia is the global expansion of an innovative French technology company in the CCTV industry, offering various cloud-based surveillance solutions. Acoba is opening limited opportunities for high-performing Sales and Marketing practitioners to join as Business Development Managers based in Jakarta.

Acoba is a Video Surveillance Solution Company with over 10 years of experience headquartered in France. As part of Acoba's expansion into the USA, Brazil, and Tunisia, you as part of the Acoba Indonesia team have the opportunity to introduce a new universal technology to Indonesia for all CCTV brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Uniview, Axis, Wisenet, and many more. With cloud-based Backup and Integration solutions and a monthly subscription commercial model, it will be an attractive product for many corporate, government, and SOE customers.

Requirements :

  • The role of Business Development Manager is also suitable for those seeking positions in: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, Sales & Marketing, Account Executive.
  • Minimum Diploma / S1
  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales.
  • Excellent track record of exceeding challenging sales targets with a passion in B2B enterprise sales.
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts persuasively.
  • Ability to listen and convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • With a passion in technology and IT, to explore and understand of cloud backup cctv technology concept in combination various technical aspects of our products.
    Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and adept at resolving client challenges.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

    Responsibility : 

  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our cloud backup cctv (Acoba) solutions.
  • Listen and identify client needs and challenges to offer bespoke solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals with strong negotiated terms and contracts.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our products effectively.
