- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the timely collection of outstanding payments, employing a customer-centric approach to maximize recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Analyze and assess customer credit risk, collaborating with risk management teams to establish credit limits and optimize collection processes
- Manage collection team, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure adherence to compliance standards, ethical practices, and performance targets
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies, identifying trends and proposing adjustments for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, legal, and customer support, to address escalated customer issues, mitigate risks, and contribute to overall business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Minimum 8 years of experience from related position
- Experienced in Financial Technology industry is preferred
- Strong data management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
