Job Descriptions:
1. At least 5 years training related working experience, mature experience in the whole process of building the company's training framework from 0-1;
2. P2P/ Consumer Gold / Bank / Professional training Institution (call center) industry background is preferred;
3. Work with the head of business department and human resources department to determine the training needs and team development direction;
4. Design and develop comprehensive training programs suitable for different staff levels and functions, including seminars, etc;
5. Implement effective training methods, including e-learning platforms, seminars and on-the-job training;
6. Manage the entire training cycle, from needs assessment to plan assessment to improvement;
7. Keep abreast of the trend of training and team development in the industry, that is, competition;
8. Strong ability to report and summarize;
Requirement:
1. Strong learning ability (or rich experience in collection management);
2. Efficient and comprehensive communication skills, flexible thinking and agile reflection;
3. Fluent oral English communication skills are preferred;
4. Education: college degree or above;
5. Be able to accept business trip is preferred;
