Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or
related field
Proven experience in training and development with at least 3 Year(s) in
supervisor level preferably in a retail industry.
Strong understanding of HR principles, training methodologies and project
management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, fluent in English and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
Able to be placed in any branch and working shifting schedule.
