Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs tailored for Supervisors to Managers.
- Take the lead in planning and executing training activities, including module creation, conducting sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness within the company's framework.
- Strengthen employee competencies to align with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in training roles.
- Proficient in conducting TNA, designing modules, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Previous experience in training managerial staff is required.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and strong computer literacy skills.
- Willingness to be stationed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
