Training Specialist (Junior Manager Level)

Responsibilities:

• Develop training programs tailored for Supervisors to Managers.
• Take the lead in planning and executing training activities, including module creation, conducting sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness within the company's framework.
• Strengthen employee competencies to align with the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in training roles.
• Proficient in conducting TNA, designing modules, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Previous experience in training managerial staff is required.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and strong computer literacy skills.
