Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang for a Training Specialist. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that develop and improve employee skills. The Training Specialist will also be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness, providing customer service, and managing participant records.
Qualifications

• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Training & Development and Training
• Experience in Instructional Design
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience with eLearning tools and software is a plus
