Training Specialist (Hospitality Industry)

Job Descriptions:

• Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Designing effective training programs
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
• Keep attendance and other records
• Manage training budgets
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training
• Manage and monitoring employee data

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
• Min. 5+ years experience in learning / training areas
• Experienced in Hospitality Industry is a must
• Extended skill in developing various training program
• Proficient in Ms. Excel and presentation tools
• High passion in people development
• Very good communication and leadership skill
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Have professional coach certification is an advantage
