Job Descriptions:
- Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Designing effective training programs
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Keep attendance and other records
- Manage training budgets
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Manage and monitoring employee data
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
- Min. 5+ years experience in learning / training areas
- Experienced in Hospitality Industry is a must
- Extended skill in developing various training program
- Proficient in Ms. Excel and presentation tools
- High passion in people development
- Very good communication and leadership skill
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Have professional coach certification is an advantage
