About the RoleAs our Reconciliation & Dispute staff member, you’ll take the wheel in ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations tasks are executed in a timely and accurate manner. You’ll also get a chance to implement and participate in critical projects to improve the quality, error detection, and prevention, and increase productivity and efficiency for the platform. You’ll oversee the accountability and reconciliation of our millions of GoPay transactions, and work with various internal stakeholders to roll out critical reconciliation projects and initiatives for the wider Financial stream.
What You Will Do
- Gain a deep understanding of the current reconciliation processes, and update these procedures based on the latest end-to-end processes and services
- Monitor reconciliation results and manage discrepancy aging for financial loss prevention and fraud detection to avoid potential complaints from customers/partners
- Analyze, propose, and implement an updated and more effective reconciliation process
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to implement successful critical projects and initiatives that will be rolled out to the wider the Finance Reconciliation team
What You Will Need
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience reconciliation, finance, or accounting
- Strong problem-solving skills to conduct effective and efficient root cause analyses
- A “team player” attitude in order to adapt to changes, strategize innovative reconciliation resolutions, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- A strong analytical mindset in order to understand the context, find correlations between topics, and draw conclusions
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written, in order to communicate with our international teams
