Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join our team. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor departmental managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels and establish procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies while minimizing waste.
- Oversee the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering services, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless execution.
- Uphold and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff members.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues satisfactorily.
