This position will be responsible to make development programs for all employees to to achieve continuous improvement. This will be including lead the people development team, collaborate with all department head, create & manage budget for training related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
- Min. 15 years experience in learning / training areas
- Experience in Property Industry / construction is a must
- Extended skill in developing various training program
- Proficient in Ms. Excel and presentation tools
- High passion in people development
- Very good communication and leadership skill
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Have professional coach certification is an advantage
- Willing to travel if needed
