1. Experience in collection of Fintech more than 5 years, collection team leader more than 1 year;
2. Familiar with Fintech industry;
3. Data analysis, communication and coordination skills,; 
4. Recognizes various company systems and requirements and is able to implement them effectively.

Job Description

1. Reallocation of resources within the project;
2. Recommendations for project team staffing plans;
3. Reward and punishment suggestions for team members;
4. Suggestions and implementation of survival of the fittest for internal personnel
5. Management of project team members
6. The right to set overtime plans
