Job Description :
- Manage billing, increase billing rate and reduce losses
- Help minimize fraud cases and analyze market changes
- Establish manpower plans, implement collection management and coordinate with Credit Analyst, Customer Service, and IT departments.
- Coordination with billing vendors
- Develop KPI and collection division targets
- Analyze billing data and reports, billing rate, delay rate, etc.
- Setting KPIs and Analyzing employee performance
- Participate in recruitment, Conduct interviews, training and assessment of collection department staff,
- Calculation of Incentives
- Manage Team Incentives and Rewards
- Make sure the whole team complies with company standards and policies
- Other temporary work assigned by leaders
Requirements:
- Max. 35 years old
- Required language(s): Fluent English ( Speaking, Writing, Typing & giving presentation ) & able to speak Mandarin is and advantage
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in any field.
- Experience with Desk Collection department for more than 3 years in Financial Technology Company.
- Excellent leadership ( handle big team )
- Excellent communication, relationship, corporate attitude
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
