Job Description

Responsible for supervising and managing the local collection team to ensure the safety of company funds and maintain financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Leading and overseeing the collection team to ensure smooth operations and achieve set targets.
• Strategy Development: Developing and optimizing collection strategies based on market and user conditions to improve recovery rates.
• Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of reasons for and trends in overdue payments to inform company decision-making.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Maintaining good communication with other departments to ensure smooth collection operations.
• Training and Development: Regularly providing training and guidance to team members to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, business management or related fields is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in collections or related fields, prior experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and culture, good English communication skills, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Proficient in office software and related financial software.
• Highly responsible and team-oriented, able to work under pressure.
