Description
- Establishing a commercial operating mechanism that enables the company to manage the commercial activities, funnel, sales numbers, with rigor and predictability
- Identifying and supporting the roll out of tools related to: Account planning and Analytics tools (margin management, CRM, etc)
- Leading and coordinating the country implementation of Commercial Excellence initiatives aligned to global strategy
- Driving continuous improvement in the commercial (sales and operations) processes
- Developing and implementing, together with the Sales and Marketing department, of different marketing & sales projects in line with the strategic imperatives of the organization
- Contributing to sales and marketing strategic decisions and playing a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approach
- Setting KPIs and performance management process, assess regional performance, identify performance gaps and drivers, develop remediation / action plans and deploy resources as needed
- Translating strategic objectives into operational plans
- Coaching team members to deliver high performance and promote Growth Values
- Working horizontally within the region and Business Unit to drive alignment, execution, accountability and results
Profile
- Minimum 8 years experience in Commercial Excellence of pharmaceutical / medical
- Solid exposure in sales and marketing function,
- Experience in leading business unit is strongly preferred
- Strategic thinking and sharp acumen to identify strategic commercial plan
- Market analysis, monitoring & evaluation skill is a must
- String leadership traits and ability to direct an organization
- Good team player - with ability to lead cross-functional collaborations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must
