Job Description
Establishing a commercial operating mechanism that enables the company to manage the commercial activities, funnel, sales numbers, with rigor and predictabilityIdentifying and supporting the roll out of tools related to: Account planning and Analytics tools (margin management, CRM, etc)Leading and coordinating the country implementation of Commercial Excellence initiatives aligned to global strategyDriving continuous improvement in the commercial (sales and operations) processesDeveloping and implementing, together with the Sales and Marketing department, of different marketing & sales projects in line with the strategic imperatives of the organizationContributing to sales and marketing strategic decisions and playing a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approachSetting KPIs and performance management process, assess regional performance, identify performance gaps and drivers, develop remediation / action plans and deploy resources as neededTranslating strategic objectives into operational plansCoaching team members to deliver high performance and promote Growth ValuesWorking horizontally within the region and Business Unit to drive alignment, execution, accountability and results The Successful Applicant Minimum 8 years experience in Commercial Excellence of pharmaceutical / medicalSolid exposure in sales and marketing function,Experience in leading business unit is strongly preferredStrategic thinking and sharp acumen to identify strategic commercial planMarket analysis, monitoring & evaluation skill is a mustString leadership traits and ability to direct an organizationGood team player - with ability to lead cross-functional collaborationsFluency in English and Bahasa is a must What's on Offer Opportunity to level-up and excel business practice of the pharmaceutical companyCareer advancement with international-level exposureCompetitive remuneration and benefit package
