Commercial Retail Sales & Leasing Manager ( Real Estate Company)

Our client is looking for a Commercial Retail Sales & Leasing Manager and Located in Jababeka township-Cikarang regency with the following details:
Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the leasing and sales activities of retail properties, negotiating leases, maintaining relationships with tenants
• Developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with property owners to maximize profitability and occupancy rates
• Involved in budgeting, property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
  

Requirements:

• Preference is Female, but Male is allowed to apply
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, or any related degree At least have 10 years of working experience in Selling or Leasing or Commercial in Mall or Retail Industry or Commercial Property
• Proficient knowledge of Mall, Real Estate Industry, and current market conditions
• Having large networks of Commercial Property Investors
• Strong at analyzing and developing marketing and sales strategies
• Very passionate in Sales and having Sales Target Oriented mindset Cutstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to build good cooperation with existing and potential tenants
• Having a pleasant personality, hard-working, high rate team work & service-oriented Having excellent Leadership, Analytical, Problem Solving, Communication, and Negotiation Skill
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Background in retail or development, preferably with experience in Township development
