Junior Commercial Key Account Manager
The role presents the incumbent with the opportunity to apply analytical and strategic planning skills to increase online sales for the brands. He or she will also be the thought leader and key consultant in the e-commerce industry and category responsible for ensuring growth in revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management with Marketplace Category Teams (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.)
- Drive e-commerce growth by owning the fundamental e-commerce KPIs like GMV, Orders, Traffic, CR%, AOV, Items per order/Average Selling Price, Seller rating, etc
- Focus on category trends, price analysis and assortment strategy to source the right assortment, rectify ASP, Assortment health, etc
- Annual JBP with Marketplace Category Teams, monthly business planning, campaign calendar alignment
- Work closely Marketplace Category Teams on Mega/A+/Brand Launch/Brand Day, BAU, Campaign Planning, Barter Programmes
- Daily monitoring of business performance (sales and store metrics).
Job Specification :
- 1–2 years of working experience in Key Account management or category management, preferably on the marketplace or brand side. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Marketplace Business Advisors, and the ability to churn out reports and business reviews for internal and external reporting.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, identify and resolve problems

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
