1. Commis Chef - Asian Food
Requirements:
• Good English
• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably with exposure to Asian cuisine
• A genuine passion for Asian cookery and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients used in Asian cuisine.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality dishes.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work late-night shifts.
