**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and innovate recipes for health-focused pastries and gelato, making sure they're as delicious as they are nutritious. 📖🍋

- Craft a variety of fresh pastry items and gelato flavors daily, prioritizing quality and creativity. 🧁🍦

- Dive into the world of alternative flours, sweeteners, and natural ingredients, exploring every possibility for taste and health. 🌾🍯

- Keep our kitchen spotless, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. 🧽

- Collaborate with our dynamic team to keep our product offerings fresh and exciting for our customers. 🤝💡

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in pastry or baking, with a solid foundation in healthy, alternative baking techniques. 🎓

- Creativity in culinary design, especially in adapting recipes for health-conscious consumers. 🎨💭
