PASTRY CHEF
We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef that shall work in one of our Client. The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving pastries or requested product. Their duties include sourcing suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of ingredients, testing new recipes, and working with their team.
Responsibilities :
- Assume responsibility for ensuring the quality of the requested product manufacturing.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the design area and equipment, committed to following guidelines.
- Possess a sense of creativity and product innovation.
- Packaging and conditioning of finished products.
- Involvement in sales: Representation at events / Mobile booth animation.
- Participation in professional training: Improve skills and creativity.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in pastry/bakery.
- Adequate English language skills.
- Diploma in food and beverages with a specialization in pastry or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
- Administrative skills in stock and raw material management.
- Food safety level 2/3 and HACCP.
- Health, safety, and first aid training.
- Willingness to advance within the company.
