Commis II
As a Commis 2, you are responsible for the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities where by his/her role will include key responsibilities such as support demi chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work.

What you will be doing:
- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Your experience and skills include:
- Experience in a 1-2 years culinary as an Apprentice
- Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset
- Good communicating skills in English language
- Knowledge about basic hygiene and HACCP
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
