Responsibilities:
-Develop pastry menus that are appealing and fit the theme of the restaurant.
- Manage the stock of pastry ingredients and ensure adequate availability.
- Oversee the production process, including ingredient selection, dough making, and baking or molding.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety during the entire preparation process.
- Ensure that all pastry dishes are prepared according to restaurant quality standards.
- Keep abreast of the latest culinary trends and pastry techniques.
- Take an active role in new menu development and recipe improvement.
- Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and tidy pastry work area.
- Train and develop pastry team members.
- Provide direction and feedback to improve the skills and creativity of the team.
Requirements:
- Have experience in the position applied for
- Fluent in English communication
- Have a good grooming & Attitude
- Hard working and ready to be deployed in Uluwatu area
