The Commis Chef will be provided the ability to learn different service styles, from a la carte, to buffet and banquets accompanied with various menus. This will allow you to challenge yourself and try something new.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards Preferably with experience in luxury international brands Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
