Title: Community & Campaign Deputy Manager

I. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking full responsibility of developing a deep market insight, community mapping, and researching their behaviors
- Creating engaging programs to strengthen the relationship between community and commercial departments (Marketing, Sales & Aftersales)
- Planning, executing, and optimizing community databases to ensure the reliability of the actual data.
- In control of project-managing, implementing, updating, and analyzing the data based on insights, loyalty program, including deep thorough marketing research.
- In charge of creating and conducting a new product training sessions for marketing campaigns, customer promotions (both Sales & Aftersales).
- Conducting research and analyzing the competitors’ activities, trends, and behaviors.
- Conducting marketing campaign creative strategy for customer promotion and expanding new target audience from other PVAMG (Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia & Moto Guzzi) automotive community and outside automotive community.
- Supporting the Sales & Aftersales department by evaluating dealer’s team of their product knowledge and customer approach.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any majors
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing communication or community and marketing campaign positions – experience in an automotive company or agency will be prioritized.
- Proven ability to develop creative, engaging, and original campaigns.
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of data analysis, creative campaign, and research
- Great judgment and problem-solving skills

- A high level of organization and attention to detail
- Fair to advance English proficiency (written or conversational)
