Position: Community Manager
Job Description :
- 1.Strategic Planning : Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and expand market share.
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of current and emerging market trends, coordinating activities to capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
- Planning and Budgeting : Lead the development of annual Marketing Plans, budgets, and forecasts to align with organizational objectives.
- Campaign Management : Conceptualize and execute impactful communication and campaign programs to effectively showcase our brand and products.
- Digital Channel Optimization : Oversee all digital channels, including the website, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
- Content Development : Set standards for copywriting across marketing assets, collaborating with photographers and videographers to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with marketing vendors, overseeing promotional activities and event coordination while ensuring efficient communication and administration.
- Team Leadership : Supervise the marketing department, guiding team members to achieve project goals within budgetary constraints.
- Budget Management : Prepare and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Management, Communication, or Public Relations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing or social media.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and audience insights.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
