Compensation & Benefit Staff (Payroll Staff)

Job description :

• Doing operational activity in compensation and benefit. 
• Salary calculation 
• PPH 21 calculation 
• Actuary calculation 
• Analyse company compensation and benefit condition. 
• Reporting Tax PPH 21. 

REQUIREMENTS :

• Max 30 Years Old 
• Bachelor Degree in Business Accounting 
• Has experience in payroll, remuneration management, HR Operation for minimum 2 Years. 
• Has good skill in excel function 
• Has good knowledge and implementation in remuneration management (salary structure and scale, total compensation knowledge, Taxation, BPJSK - BPJS TK) 
• Good analytical thinking 
• Has good English communication 
• Will to be placed in Cikampek Factory, Karawang.
