Compliance Manager

Ensure full compliance of the Company with applicable regulations through review and consultation with regulatory bodiesProvide legal compliance support and administration for regulations and corporate actionsProvide in-depth advice to management regarding company compliance with laws and regulations through systematic reporting

Responsibilities
• Review and interpret company documents such as agreements, business permits, and other documents as required by the company• Monitor and prepare documents for government institutions and regulatory organizations such as APPI and OJK, ensuring strict compliance with legal obligations• Coordinate with relevant departments to review documents and develop compliance programs, policies, procedures, and training in various areas such as AML, CFT, RAKB, GCG, KYC, KYE, and Code of Ethics, as regulated by applicable regulations and annual compliance plans• Organize company events as required by regulatory authorities, including OJK events, literacy education initiatives, Multi Finance Day, CSR activities, customer protection programs, and related events• Manage and coordinate assessment of newly established regulations, ensuring all relevant departments receive good information and comply with external and internal regulations• Prepare and participate in meetings with internal departments, Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and share knowledge with internal departments and others• Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the Board of Directors (BOD), Board of Commissioners (BOC), or company headquarters (HQ)• Supervise compliance staff to ensure effective implementation of compliance programs and achievement of resolution targets while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Compliance Manager, with preference for candidates from the Multi Finance Industry• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Law, Economics, or Business Management• Strong English language skills, both in oral and written communication• Strong skills in drafting, communication, and ability to monitor and analyze compliance issues
