Conservation Value & Biodiversity Improvement Officer

Job Description Summary :

Planning and Implementing or facilitating HCV HCS and Biodiversity Assessment for targeted units, following the procedures and standards set up by the organizations (HCVN, HCSA, RSPO, etc) and perform necessary improvement of the values (monetary and non-monetary) of the conservation areas

Job Description :

• HCV/HCS/Biodiversity assessments

• Implement assigned projects in targeted unit

• Coordinate conservation area management and monitoring with GAR operations teams and Operations Sustainability.

• Remediation of riparian zones and steep slopes

• Provide input and feedback based on field works for continuous improvement

• Propose annual budget, KPI and OKR

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Forestry or equivalent

• Having min 5 years of working experience as Conservation Value & Biodiversity

• Certified of HCV ALS Lead Assesor

• Good in Analytical Thinking and communication skill

• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
