Job Description
- Develop project objectives, strategies, and plans in alignment with company goals and client requirements.
- Oversee the execution of multiple infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and runways, from initiation to completion.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
