Construction Project Director - Infrastructure

• Develop project objectives, strategies, and plans in alignment with company goals and client requirements.
• Oversee the execution of multiple infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and runways, from initiation to completion.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with proven experience in infrastructure Construction Project
• SKA Ahli Madya or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
• Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
• Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project
• Familiar with construction and project management software programs
